What is Religious/Spiritual Identity?
Definition:
Religious/Spiritual Identity is how you experience, explore, and express your beliefs, values, and spiritual practices. This can be through organized religion, personal spirituality, or a mix of both. Adolescence is a time when teens experiment with beliefs as they figure out who they are and what they stand for.
